Kresh is an NMC registered Lecturer Practice Educator, with many years of experience in Education and Clinical Practice. He has worked at every level within the health and social sector, from care assistant, nurse practitioner to director of education and practice.
Kresh will be responsible for teaching and assisting you though every step, from application to full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the independent regulator for nurses and midwives in the UK, and nursing associates in England.
Overseas nurses and midwives who wish to work in the UK must first gain professional registration with the NMC. The registration process involves a two-part test of competence (TOC)
Part one – computer-based test (CBT) multiple-choice examination
Part two – practical objective structured clinical examination (OSCE), held in the UK in one of the approved test centres.
Applicants will also have to pass a simple English language exam.
For those interested in taking a care assistant position, the process is much simpler and straightforward and less costly too.
Once embarked on the programme, you will be invited to a local university or other suitable venue for a two weeks pre-registration training programme that will prepare you to meet all the above requirements.
Kresh will prepare and deliver all the lectures, seminars and tutorials.

I specialise in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Relationships, and Children and Young People with 13 years of mental health and 22years of education experience. My private therapy practise, offers in-person and Online consultations and therapy sessions. As a senior lead within primary school, I’ve handled budgets, guided teams to success, and improved education as a senior lead. I raised departmental standards from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’ in two years.
My therapeutic practice promotes client-centered techniques that enable mental health decision-making. I love teaching professionals and community people about depression, self-harm and mental health etc. Advanced studies in Therapeutic Supervision and Mental Health in Health Care are part of my professional growth, and I want to specialise in EMDR and Incident Support.
Outside of work, I work on educational training and UK E.A.P. My professional experience, educational leadership, and compassionate treatment make me an excellent practitioner for mental health challenges in various contexts. I deliver a balanced, holistic approach to modern mental health and education with strong
